These clinics will be run by PLL players Nakeie Montgomery (Redwoods LC/Duke University) and Jon Robbins (defenseman)!
What you can expect from these advanced Pro style training sessions. The day will start off with a dynamic warm up lead which will lead into the following:
Positional Areas of Focus
Attack & Midfield shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, picks, 2-man game, and much more.
Defense Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more.

When: Friday March 3rd
K-8th grade will be from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
High school session will be from 7:00PM – 9:00PM

It is that time of the year again, LACROSSE SEASON!! As we prepare for the start of the 2023 season the Milford Lacrosse Foundation would like to invite you to a start of the season meeting. It will be held on January 30, 2023 starting at 7:00 pm. It will be held in the cafeteria of the Milford High School.
During this event the following will be occurring:
1. Meet the Milford Lacrosse Foundation Board Members
2. Meet with the coaches of your team
3. Gather information and ask questions about the upcoming season
4. JERSEYS AND PRACTICE PENNIES will be handed out
a. Each child will need a $55.00 deposit to pick up their assigned jersey and penny (check or cash ONLY)

Preseason practice is set to start next Sunday for those who have registered.
We will have the 2 netted fields in the back corner of CSN.
Please be on time, which means early, and in “full gear” when it is your time to start.
Bring your own water, the water fountain is too far.

The Milford HS Girl’s lacrosse team is hosting a lacrosse clinic for all youth lacrosse players. All skill levels and new players are welcome!
Clinics will be run by the Milford Varsity / JV coaches and current players. Come out and learn the fastest growing sport in Milford!
November 12th & 13th from 4:30- 7 pm at Eagle Stadium powered by Cullen Electric
The cost is $45 per player.

We’re excited for another Milford Box Lacrosse season. Please find below several opportunities we’re offering our Milford players. Please note we encourage our players to supplement these opportunities with other sports and other lacrosse opportunities offered by clubs, etc. – these are simply the development opportunities we are running at Milford.
5/6 Grade (PeeWee) Box Practices:
– Wednesdays from 630-8PM at The Barn, beginning Wednesday 9/28 through January (we’ll take some days off around the holidays)
– Focus will be on skill/IQ/culture development through skill work, small-sided drills, and full field gameplay led by the High School coaching staff and players
– This is free to all Milford Youth Lacrosse players
5/6 Grade (PeeWee) Box Travel Team:
– We’ll be taking a 5/6, 7/8, and HS team to two box tournaments this year. The tournaments are the Badgerland Box Invitational on 12/10 and 12/11 in Milwaukee, and the LongTail Cup on 1/21 and 1/22 in Novi, Michigan
– We will have tryouts for our box travel team on Wednesday, November 2nd. We will be playing in the most competitive divisions we can, and will select the most competitive roster (of around 20 players) to travel
– Cost to participate on the travel team will be $250/player, to cover uniforms, equipment, and tournament registration fees
