All skill levels are welcome, no experience necessary. Sticks and goggles will be provided to new players if they do not have gear and want to give lacrosse a try! All campers must bring mouth guards to participate each day as well as a signed waiver. Individual water bottles are highly encouraged each night.
Campers will be taught lacrosse basics as well as intermediate to advanced concepts of the girl’s lacrosse game by three former NCAA Division 1 lacrosse players, and current players from the Milford Girls Varsity Lacrosse team. We will be focused on meeting each camper where they are and growing their knowledge and skills for lacrosse. While at camp, your daughter will be learning the key aspects to the game of lacrosse on an individual and team level, while also incorporating fun with learning. Each camper will be assessed based off years of experience and grouped with like skilled players to maximize each campers learning!
Who’s putting on the clinic – Current Milford youth coaches; Megan Jones, Kiersten Groh, Rebecca McLouth, and current 2023 Milford high school girls lacrosse players.
All skill levels are welcome.
Weather policy information-Rain or shine, if we have storms, a make up date will be established based on Milford HS turf availability. No refunds will be given if you cannot attend the make-up date. If needed, make-up date will be communicated via email provided at sign-up and Facebook.

These clinics will be run by PLL players Nakeie Montgomery (Redwoods LC/Duke University) and Jon Robbins (defenseman)!
What you can expect from these advanced Pro style training sessions. The day will start off with a dynamic warm up lead which will lead into the following:
- Goalies warm up & Offensive and Defensive Stick Skills and Drills
- Offensive and Defensive Positional Specific Work
- Situational, Small Sided and Even and Uneven Group Play
- Summary of Training and Picture/Autograph Session + PLL giveaways
Positional Areas of Focus
Attack & Midfield shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, picks, 2-man game, and much more.
Defense Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more.

K-8th grade will be from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
High school session will be from 7:00PM – 9:00PM

It is that time of the year again, LACROSSE SEASON!! As we prepare for the start of the 2023 season the Milford Lacrosse Foundation would like to invite you to a start of the season meeting. It will be held on January 30, 2023 starting at 7:00 pm. It will be held in the cafeteria of the Milford High School.
During this event the following will be occurring:
1. Meet the Milford Lacrosse Foundation Board Members
2. Meet with the coaches of your team
3. Gather information and ask questions about the upcoming season
4. JERSEYS AND PRACTICE PENNIES will be handed out
a. Each child will need a $55.00 deposit to pick up their assigned jersey and penny (check or cash ONLY)

CSN Starts Sunday January 8th
Preseason practice is set to start next Sunday for those who have registered.
We will have the 2 netted fields in the back corner of CSN.
Please be on time, which means early, and in “full gear” when it is your time to start.
Bring your own water, the water fountain is too far.
