These clinics will be run by PLL players Nakeie Montgomery (Redwoods LC/Duke University) and Jon Robbins (defenseman)!
What you can expect from these advanced Pro style training sessions. The day will start off with a dynamic warm up lead which will lead into the following:
- Goalies warm up & Offensive and Defensive Stick Skills and Drills
- Offensive and Defensive Positional Specific Work
- Situational, Small Sided and Even and Uneven Group Play
- Summary of Training and Picture/Autograph Session + PLL giveaways
Positional Areas of Focus
Attack & Midfield shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, picks, 2-man game, and much more.
Defense Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more.

K-8th grade will be from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
High school session will be from 7:00PM – 9:00PM
